Early in the afternoon I got a text. All it said was “Danny passed this morning”. The news hit my stomach like a punch, even though Danny had been in ill health for quite a while and we had all been expecting the inevitable. Being from the east coast, I ran across him from time to time at different event or venues...he was certainly larger than life. RIP Danny.
 
What a great tribute by Jerry Forsyth. I am so glad he provided his thoughts about Danny DiLiberto. I remember when they did put the book together, "Road Player." Brilliant piece of work.

I remember buying the book and the DVD that came with it. I think the DVD had Danny running 98 or 99 (something just shy of 100). Maybe there's someway Accu Stats can get that upload to YouTube if it's still available @azhousepro ? Either the entire DVD or just the run? I think the DVD had interviews and other top notch play from Danny.
