I find that my warm up is more about mental preparedness and confidence. There's no new stroke technique I'm going to learn an hour or two before the match, so I just focus on using the tools I have to the best of my ability. I prepare my concentration and confidence, and check the table speed...

I like Snap's suggestions. One annotation on the picture says that the rings are the same size to match Predator shafts. Are you intending to get a Predator shaft for it? If so, then I would stick to the maker's ring work, otherwise, the silver would look nice to set it off. In any case...
