when the players use their FaceBook resources to hit prospects & sell, and all proceeds of said, go to the players, is it paid prorata?

i need some Cliff Notes, please - 80% of the the presales goes to the players? OR 80% goes to the winning team, and balance 20% goes to the losers? AND why are the players getting 80%-100% (i'm assuming that's NET $, cause otherwise you'd have to fund costs o-o-p.) don't stakehorses pull...
