Funny this came cause I've deliberated over this a month or so back. I am painting my pool this weekend in anticipation of my table arriving in the next couple weeks. I looked at Brown's and Grey's before settling on a dark grey for walls and ceilings. I think you'll really like the color.

I bought the dvd yesterday so it should be on the way. I also ordered a new table in June that should arrive any day! Looking forward to getting them both for sure. Really hope my game goes up a few notches before Derby...

Make a formal public offer to the OP and go from there since it's in public view anyway. Ask for the butt and a promised ETA of butt/shaft delivered back to the OP and meet the deadline set. If he decides not to work with you on the extra shaft, then well, at least the forum knows you tried...

You have the OP's address so why not send him another shaft. Be the bigger person here (as a business owner you should) and make this right whether he will contact you or not. I guarantee when he receives a great shaft he will come here and let everyone know you made the deal right and help...
