On the back of your copy of the Express label..... You have to wait 7 days to do a claim for loss....it's in the lower right under "Indemnity Claims" But, I would wait and see if it arrives damaged first. Then you would want to get a refund for it being late and also a claim for damage.

It is missing short of the corner, it hits the side rail a couple inches from pocket. This is using a fairly soft break, maybe 18 MPH.
