What kind of length is reasonable in your mind? Is a 10 ball match winner breaks race to 11 too short ? Longer matches would be impossible imho for tournament play.... they would take waaaay too long. Even with a shot clock in place i think.

Nonsense. Snooker is one of the best viewed programs on Eurosport. Eurosport is broadcast through the whole of europe. Especially in Germany and the Netherlands snooker gets very high volume of viewers.

Lining up. When I first started play pool my position play was very poor. I came from a snooker background. I could fire shots in from all angles, but this is only because i practice stepping in a straight line a thousand times.
