this is not a pretty picture, so i was trying to retip on a low end shaft, I guess i used too much superglue, put a porper tip clamp on and next day the clamp was superglued to the shaft, bummer, couldnt pry the tip clamp off, so i put tip clamp in vice and pulled onthe shaft, maybe twisted it...
