If that's correct I'm going to check a couple of cases I have at the house when I get home because they have been there several years untouched.

    Mr. Lomax please hurry

The anticipation of my new jump cue is killing me. I just can't wait to shoot with it and further aggravate the purist who don't think jump cues should be legal. Kelly L.

    Greatest cuemaker ever...........

Paul Mottey. I've got alot of cues including an original Balabushka, palmers, runde era schon, and a Franklin Southwest. The southwest is the closest second for me but I keep going back to the Mottey.

Weak kickers with jump cue jump from "C" to "B"

To put another view on it how would someone feel about this comment? Just like banning jump cues this is ridiculous too. "I think we should ban simonis cloth too makes english too easy to apply. Now anybody can draw the length of the table and back. In the old days only the people who worked...

Depending on the rules it is usually 5 seconds after that the balls are replaced for the upcoming shooter.

Weak kickers with jump cue jump from "C" to "B"

If the argument is wear and tear on the cue for a break cue. It can also be the same for jumping. A long jump shot with draw can be very tramatic on a cue. Granted the jump cue can make the shot easier but so can modern break cues. Imagine how good Bobby Jones would have been with modern golf...

    5280 Cues

Alot of high end cue holders including myself have a bad taste in their mouth about Dale Perry cues but it is almost crazy to pass up a DP for the prices they are going for on EBay. They are a very good playing cue and you can get them for about the same price as a 5280. The quality of the...

Weak kickers with jump cue jump from "C" to "B"

Jumpers who can only jump to hit the ball without any control or consistency aren't getting a very large advantage over people that kick well. If they only thing that is being looked at is making good hits with a jump, fine then there is definetly going to be a great divide in the argument...

    2 questions about shaper materials....

I have a George, willard, and a bunch of other shapers. I love the George over all of them but I wouldn't use it on a soft tip and I haven't tried it on a non layered tip. I'm not sure but I think the George material is nickel. I can't remember where I heard it so don't quote me on that.

Weak kickers with jump cue jump from "C" to "B"

What about the hours of practicing that the jumpers put into it to jumping with control, accuracy and english? You are taking that part of their game away. Technology makes the game better. Take modern multilayered balls or graphite shafts away from golfers and it would have a similar effect...
