This book was great I have read it twice and I am sure I will read it many more times over the years!

I learned how to jump by starting jumping a chalk, then I would do two chalks and then I went to a full ball. in all honesty it only took me about an hour to learn but I had a very good teacher. Just keep at it buddy. Keep in mind I still havent perfected it.
