What is the best tip for a jump break ?

Samsara if you want a really hard tip to break with. White diamond is nice on jump cues. Havent tried the tiger bj nor icebreaker. I use a pressed water buffalo tip, single layer, on my break cue. Nice for control on the break and long jump shots. For the closest jumps I use g10 tip. -Jon Birger

Cue possibly lost in (or before) transit?

I made a deal with him, we agreed on price, but he backed out in last minute. He wanted me to paypal as gift, but I said I would rather cover the fees. In his last mail he said he had to think about it again because he had not done overseas shipping before. I offered to explain in detail how to...

    OB Lift Pro Jump Cue

I just received it today and felt for writng a very short review. It is easy to jump and control the ball with. The weight is around 10oz. Both pins are short 3/8x10, and the shaft is solid maple (not laminated). There are no inserts in the joints. The tip (OB jump tip?) is a bit short...

    Please help identify the joint

It is piloted, and I think it is a 5/16x14 pin/ thread (but could also be 5/16x18). Count the threads within one inch (or half an inch and muliply with 2). By doing so the number will tell you either 14 or 18 threads. -Jon Birger
