Jason, good point, but I believe that cues and maces back in the 1700 and 1800's came in whatever lengths the table necessitated. I will take the post card out tomorrow and have a look at it with a magnifier. Mike

I am curious, the 7x14, was that the playing area or the dimensions including the cabinet? When I was young I remember playing an old timer that often said that the 6x12s were much smaller than tables he played on when he was my age. I always thought he was feeding me a line. Mike
