I was there from day one and I can tell you for a fact that all those people you saw in the VIP seats were mostly General Admission people. We had no place to sit except in VIP therefore unless someone told us to move, we remained there until we wanted to, or the true seat holder appeared...

The draws had been completed but then some additional players were added at the last moment. Some players that had byes had already been advanced to the next bracket but then with the new additions they now had opponents to play and brackets had to be fixed. Brackets were still being updated...

There were about 15 byes tonite, probably less but will check the chart tomorrow...

Jose Garcia, although Puerto Rican, was not part of Team Puerto Rico. Dominguez is from Mexico. Team Puerto Rico was Mike Lebron, Tony Robles, Frankie Hernandez, Efrain Morales, and Jose Robles.
