    simonis cloth ?

That seems like a whole lot of extra work to get the job done. Depending on the level of the floor, that 3/4" might take your playing surface height out of spec. Chances are you'll have to replace your rail bolts as they won't be long enough to go through the extra 3/4". That's a lot of...

    Question about leveling a Diamond

Pretty slick design, really. You tighten the levelling nuts to raise the lows to bring them up to level. Simple as that. (Somewhat) :)

    Gold Crown 3 Face Lift

Very nice work! It's still impresses me every time seeing a table that's been through so much abuse, and then see the same table looking brand new! Great job.

Re-stretching Simonis 860 to tighten up cloth

The cloth can be restretched, although if it needs to be, that's an indication it wasn't stretched right to begin with.

    slate pocket radius

That strip can help keep the balls from wearing through the cloth when they bounce back into the edge of the slate off the back of the pocket. Making sure you remove the sharp edges in the slate shelf will help as well.

My question would be if you don't know whether or not you can strip the rubber off the rails, how do you know how to fix the bevel?

    Getting a table

Most major name brand table dealers will have their own installers, and the price will either be worked into the sale of the table, or will be set by them.

    Table issues advice please

Also, you have to keep in mind that in the eyes of the general public, a lot of people expect that if you're in the phone book, you know what you're doing. Yeah, to a certain extent, you get what you pay for, but if you're in the book, you should be able to do it right, right? As a customer...

    Table issues advice please

Not arguing with you. I just know that the guy has already been paid and should have a shot at making it right. I've seen it from both sides. I've had a VFW hall call someone else because they were unhappy about my work. I never heard a word about them being unhappy, and still to this day...

    Table issues advice please

Both problems are fixable by someone who knows what they are doing. Have you called the original installer to address the problems and give them a chance to make it right?

    Funny pic/gif thread...

Seems more accurate since there are three values, it would be 33.333%, but since that is not an answer, then it would be 0%, which is also not an answer, so the chances of your mind being blown would be 100%.
