Thanks...... I think.:embarrassed2::confused: Although I hate to admit it, Cleary is right. I work 6 days a week and don't go out and play anywhere more than once a month, if that. I have been known to play OK at times and then I lose to someone that can't spell pool. I am not totally crippled...

Well Russ, being a fellow bad player I will try to accomodate you in your quest for pool action. Me and my 278 dollar bankroll will be there the last few days of the event, that should give you some time to spool up. I will try you some 9 or 10 ball so we can get the real feel of Derby action...

I may break down and make the drive down for that, i usually try to put somebody in it if I go just to sweat something.

I imagine he is fine. Sometimes Andy can be hard to get in touch with but he usually resurfaces in a few days. He and Vicky may be away for the holidays, try to get in touch with him later this week or after the 1st.

The rails are probably hard as a rock if they are original and the pockets are pretty big (small shelf, beveled slate). These were produced for residential use and are not as sturdy as the commercial models. I have one of these in an 8 ft model and after having Glen (RKC) redo it the table...
