League players should be so proud...

Well, I have played league without missing a session for the past 9 years. Lets see, I like to drink but have never been classified or acted like an alcoholic. No addictions here other than guns and pool not that I think either are too bad. I did quit those pesky addicting cigarettes over 3...

    was this a fair matchup?

Well most all of the pros I see on TV use the side break from the rail and a few years back I started using it. Although it was a little awkward at first, due to always breaking with my hand on the table versus the rail, I have become very comfortable with it and have had a lot of success. There...

    League Question

I can't say I was always the strongest on my team, but I have played Masters for 6 years now. I have lost 0-7 and also won 7-0. I have lost to people that I thought I never should have, and there are also times I beat people I thought I couldn't. I think it just comes with the game having good...

    Better Pool on TV

Reality TV This may be a little bit out of the box, but why not have a Reality TV show with pool? They have every type of reality TV show out there from cooking, relationships, dancing & singing, and even washed out 80's rock stars. My wife loves all of these and honestly I can't stand many of...

Review of Mind Body / Pool - hypnosis CD

The Marines use to do a similar thing. The week before going to the rifle range you would sit around a white 55 gallon barrel, that had small targets painted on it. You would sit out there a few hours a day that week "snapping in", which was basically going through all the motions. Getting into...

"Brams" now I understand why he is red rep'ed ...

The mods should be able to look at who is giving him green and if they are all new accounts and from the same IP address range (although its not too hard to come from varying IP ranges) ban them all. I just love the morons who call a cue makers cues crappy even though they have never seen one...

    Draw stroke: tip or shaft?

I always thought Zips were faster than both of those. At least that what the guy at the shoe store told me.

    Draw stroke: tip or shaft?

Draw Drill If your tip is ground down, yeah, you want to replace it. Also there is an great draw drill I use to use to help me practice draw shots. basically, take 6 balls, and place one in front of each pocket. Start with ball in hand, and make all 6 balls, but never let the cue ball hit the...

    Women Pool Players?

And both of those random comments were his only comments in each of those threads, which clearly had nothing to do with the thread topic. His first two posts sound like he was actually into pool. After the first two he just spews crap from his mouth.

    Women Pool Players?

How is someone like this still allowed in the Forum? I mean, honestly it sounds like some kid just talking trash in every post.

    What would you do here??

Kick Safety I would use some left English and kick at it hopefully stopping the cueball and sending the 1 down to where the 5 & 8 is. http://CueTable.com/P/?@4ATGs3BKmo4CPEV4DToy1EIuG2FKYc2GQkg1HATm2IXfk1PNDk1kNDk4kLQu4kRkH@

What would you do? cue deal gone wrong

It sounds like you have been more than patient. If he has had your money for a week or more and hasn't shipped then there is no excuse. I would start the PayPal claim process now, because that is going to take a few weeks anyway. Like Kobachi said, I would recommend calling him out here as...

Need expert advice for expert player!

Like others have said, I would look into customs. They are mostly one of a kinds, most look and play better than production cues, and most hold their value much better. Also if you tell everyone what you use to use it could help determine similar playing cue options.

Need expert advice for expert player!

I am insured with USAA and they have a valuable property insurance option. I currently just have some of the wife's jewelry covered with it, but they will cover any valuables like cues, guns, etc. They are a military insurance company/bank, but I am sure other insurance companies have valuable...
