    CSI Podcast 6: Thursday, May 29, 6:00pm PST / 9:00pm EST

I agree today, but I do not believe that would have been the case for the first one. You have to grow to that point. The first PGA Championship was an invitational event in New York.

    CSI Podcast 6: Thursday, May 29, 6:00pm PST / 9:00pm EST

In no successful sport can you compete in the same event as a professional. You or I cannot compete in the US Open of golf or schedule a bout with Floyd Mayweather, but I do agree with the concept you and Dick are discussing. I believe these could grow to allow qualifiers and some league...

    CSI Podcast 6: Thursday, May 29, 6:00pm PST / 9:00pm EST

The upcoming invitational events should get prime coverage. These look outstanding. 1. I would love to hear that all players are confirmed. 2. Will the single elimination events be seeded based on the round robin results? 3. Further discussion on format would be nice also.

    % when backing pool player

Tap, tap! I do not argue that staking SVB, Orcullo, or the local champ in your local tournament can be a great bet. My only point, not directed towards Mars obviously, is the whole IT'S 50% OR NOTHING mindset that is why matches seldom happen.

    % when backing pool player

I respect all three of you, but the above can only work when staking a champion caliber player - and almost only in tournaments. Then, of course it works because you have the 75+% favorite to get the cash. If you stake a "fair" game you are going to lose and lose big. For anyone not...

    % when backing pool player

It is always relative to the amount bet and the effort required. Tournaments 50% after all expenses. If player is not a favorite in event, maybe less down to 30%. Gambling less than $200 is 50% after table time. More often I just try to bet as a partner with the player and more on the side...

A plea to CSI regarding SVB vs Ko

I'll take that bet Lenny. My 30 to your 300. Ko must 10 for you to win.

A plea to CSI regarding SVB vs Ko

I do not think anyone lost interest watching Shane slaughter Dechaine or Ekonomopoulos. Pool at that level is interesting. 21 would not have given the opportunity to witness just how amazing that level of play is. Shane has done this (bnr >50%) a couple times now. It can no longer be...

    Andy Gilbert Break/Jump cue value

Buy it and be happy. $300 is a fair price.

SVB vs. Nick the Greek, starts in 5 minutes. Free stream.

Shane makes thin cut on 2 in the side and moves 5 other balls. Gets hooked on the 3 and gives up bih. Nikos runs to the 6 and misses it by 2 inches hitting the 9 ball whcih ties up the 7. Pockets are buckets or it would have went. Leaves Shane tough. Shane out. 24-9. Nikos wins one 24-10.
