Can someone enlight me about an issue concerning tournaments held in Europe? Is it true that in order to post a tournament here in AZ you have to notify it first to EPBF (paying the appropriate royalties) and give you the permission? Thank you in advance and Happy New Year to all. Costas

Actually, a friend of mine has 2 of them. One he uses as break. The player has a 314-2 shaft but the shaft's ring is a little bit smaller than joint's ring. He bought many years ago when he was living in Germany. The so-called break cue has white phenolic flat faced joint. The player is piloted...
