    Just hit it with some 600 grit sand paper, these tips hold chalk very very well, you shouldn't have many worries on glazing over. At least I haven't.

    My experience was terrible as far as glazing over and miscueing, kept having to scuff it, this was a medium. I had two shafts with the premium brown ones in medium and They were " Ok " but nothing special, price is good for what you get.

    I have been curious about those elk pros! Good to hear some positive feedback. But that price seems a bit steep even for three, I can recommend Outsville tips to you, techno dud $9 a tip. Im sure you will be happy.
