What is the correct setup for carom billiards? I've scoured the internet for pictures, but I cannot seem to find a picture showing the setup. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If different setups exist for different games, I am specifically looking for the setup for three-cushion billiards.

I have a couple of questions regarding a foul on the final black: Why does a foul end the frame when the black is the only object ball left? If all snooker fouls instead awarded penalty points and a ball-in-hand anywhere on the table, would this matter as much?
