    Bob Frey Custom

He only paid $500.00 bucks for it on Ebay ( I saw the listing ). So regardless of what anyone thinks its worth pretty much everyone can agree 500 was probably a pretty good price. The funny part though is even though he got it as a gift the pictures he posted of it here are the exact same ones...

    Lifting Table To Shim Legs

I understand there are circumstances where this would need to happen, new carpet, thick padding, etc... I just wanted to make sure I was on the same page as everyone. The reason being is I always thought, and was always told that you always lift from the sides and not the end. Since this goes...

    Lifting Table To Shim Legs

Ok that makes sense, all that about the huge sag in the middle wasn't really mentioned before. It does still seem like lifting from the end would still put an awful lot of strain on your seams though. I guess maybe I'm also confused about the scenario here. Why are we shimming the feet on a...

    Lifting Table To Shim Legs

Are you talking about lifting from the side at the center of the table or at the side right at the leg? I'm just trying to picture how you would twist the frame lifting from the side.

    for table mechanic/s

Why would a Dutch table manufacturer be the best source for questions about an antique Brunswick? Just because they use a T rail system? Would a Mercedes dealer be the best place for questions about a Chevy? I mean they both make a V8 how different could it be. Just because you don't see...

That was either the least relevant response to a question ever, or you guys ran out of room in the other post and now the T rail argument has spilled over into this thread.

Designed, Engineered and Built in America....Yeah Right!

It is my understanding the reason you see Brazil on the box with the Brunswick rails is because the rails are finished in Brazil due to EPA restrictions on the lacquer used. Who knows though, could just be another excuse to have something made at cheaper labor.

    Termite pesticide?

Is this a precautionary thing or do you actually have a termite problem? If your table is in your house and under normal conditions, for instance you haven't decided to decorate your basement with rotten railroad ties you shouldn't have a problem. If your really worried about termites have...

    glass top pool table

Cool lookin novelty but sounds like a nightmare. Do you have any idea if its even possible to remove the vinyl and re-use it like you would with cloth? Might want to look into that atleast before driving two hours.

What is this....ABIA: American Billiard Installers Association

They got them from craigslist, I'm betting everyone that got it has an add on there. This is about as real as the Nigerian lottery I win a couple times a month. Wonder how Beck's feels about the made up association competition though. Maybe the ABIA and the CBMA could merge lol
