:smile:just wondering do any of you gentlemen do any thing with breathing, i find myself taking a couple of breaths while doing my practice strokes and then take a short breath and hold it thru the shot much like shooting a rifle. how about you any thoghts on the subject??:thumbup:

u will be ok matt is right it's just nerves. after u and ur team play a few matches u will be ok. i think there are a lot of us that went thru this when we first started playing league i know i did. i was so nervous the first night i played i dropped my stick twice in one game. HUD

good points very interesting points were made by you and others and i for one use shane van boeing aiming system but i now do it unconsciously, but i totally agree without basic fundamentals of a smooth stroke u will never be able to reach any type of level of play and practice practice...
