He is currently banned from the site.
I know we have a lot of cross over members here. This is a real life and death struggle of one of our members.
He acted in a very noble manner in this matter and it could very well have cost him is life. Many in todays society would not have stepped up and put themselves in harms way for another. It takes people of special character to do so.

If you have a moment. Please consider posting a note over on BD or sending a private message sending your regards and well wishes.

Just a bump for those that may not have seen this earlier.

Hondo is also currently known as Tom Haney for those that do not know his old AZB name.

Last bump for any members that may want to say some words of encouragement.

Hondo's wife is reading and sharing with her husband.

It appears that his condition is improving but the docs are concerned about infection.

Hondo is out of ICU and recovering without complications.
He is scheduled to be discharged early next week.
He sends his thanks for the positive thoughts and prayers.

Hondo has been discharged and is now at home continuing to recover.
He says he feeling fair. He made no mention of any complications from his injury.
