This is at the Plush Pocket in the San Fernando Valley. I grew up playing in this room back in 1970.

Semi's and Finals coming up - Geronimo is in the hot seat and this guy is world-class from what I've seen.

Bustamante, Johnny Kang and Geronimo are in it - live right now.

Bummer - Efren, Busty and Geronimo did a saver and made the semi's and finals a race to 3. That's not fun for the viewers.
 
Thanks Tate. It was totally a bummer for us. But hey it's pool and shit like that happens. No wonder pool isn't main stream. It's not these guys fault but it comes with the territory. As long as I don't hear any *****ing from the players. If they continue this they r doing nothing to promote the sport and r contributing to its demise

The earlier matches were really strong leading into the finals- I was into it. Geronimo is one hell of a player.

Of course when I suggest everybody watch, flush it all down the toilet. The tournament director needs to clamp down on this sort of thing. These tournaments are not just for the players.
 
Very well said!! And I love Daniel Busch he is very knowledgeable and provides us with a great stream!!! Just very disappointing at the end from a spectator. But it is what it is and we just have to accept that the sport we love is ****ed up. But we still love it and we will still watch. POV POOL RULES!!!
 
Best match of the tournament was between Johnny Kang. one of the top local players, playing against Butamonte on the TV table in a winner side match. Excellent playing by both and won by busty in a hill hill match.
 
I was looking for a full finals match like everyone else. But 48 hours before we didnt even know Efren and Busti were going to play. I am totally fine with the chop they made, they could have just done a forfeit. They gave us 2 days of great viewing. Thanks POV, Eften, Busti, great event.
 
I have to say this was a great event very good job from POV
and the Mezz tour but i have to say it was very disappointing
in the end to see the semi and finals get chopped like that
what other sport does that i know they played a short race to 3
so they would have a winner but anybody that saw that knows
that the players were not even trying.
That is the 2nd time this has happened in 4 events it cant be good for
the tour or the sport but it was it is.POV and this tour are doing great things
in the pool world and i hope for all the best in the future for them
