Pool was part of the American culture. A while back on AZ, someone pointed out to me that at one point in NYC, Manhattan alone had nearly 10,000 registered billiard parlors I wouldn't believe him. Now, we have maybe 2 below 14th street, and another 3 by the time you hit 86th street.
