14.1 Drill : The Crucifix - Video

Here is another drill that will be on the DVD.

I was able to knock in 28 before I got into trouble. I clear the drill without using any rails (something I didn't notice until someone pointed it out to me). This is a great drill to minimize cue ball movement while utilizing pin-point position and accuracy.

With the exception of the chapter dedicated to Bulgarian nipple torture, its pretty much all 14.1.

Great Drill Dave. i'll have to play around with it !!

looks like when you got out of line on that last keyball and were forced to draw down table. you miss stroked it and had alot of right english on it which made it reverse off the back rail. maybe because you were stretched out on the shot ?

looks like when you got out of line on that last keyball and were forced to draw down table. you miss stroked it and had alot of right english on it which made it reverse off the back rail. maybe because you were stretched out on the shot ?

I just over-stroked it - put too much on it and the cue ball was spinning so much that it died when it hit the cushion. I probably couldn't repeat that mistake on purpose, so as always I screw it all up and amaze myself simultaneously.

I think it did more than died. i think it actually reversed...Check again, and why would you ever wanna duplicate thet ???? LOL

It did reverse - like I said, I probably couldn't do that on purpose. I probably put a ton more spin than I needed to, and I paid for it. In retrospect I should have went 7-6 to get on the BB (13) - but I liked the 6.

I still like the drill part of the video - I inadvertantly cleared the balls off ala Brainwash Drill. I didn't notice it until someone told me to go back and count the rails.
