I think this one was at Caesars Palace. I directed with Pat Fleming and Joe Kerr. This may have been the infamous event where Jean Balukas got fined and refused to pay the WPBA and never played professionally again. I may be wrong, it could have been the following year; same location, same event.
 
I have the video on my home PC and it said 1986 on the file (nothing was ever said in the actual video).
