1940's Brunswick?????

40's cue stick?

This is definatialy "not" 1940's brunswick cue! Maybe 1980's? But would probably be a copy! Maybe 60 bucks at most. Beware of copycats!

That's one hell of a fake, and even then it would still be a 4 figure cue. Looks genuine to me though, and the seller knows what he has by his pricing.

I'll take every Brunswick Model 360 you can ship me for twenty times your valuation! ;) The one thing you were right about is that the cue probably isn't from the 1940's, as I think they were first produced in 1915 (might even be a little older, but I think that's what the Blue Book says...

Saw this posted on Ebay.. Have not seen one like it myself, anybody have any info. about cue and what it would be worth? http://cgi.ebay.com/1940S-Brunswick-Billiard-cue_W0QQitemZ120532448443QQ

It's actually a much earlier cue - a 360 from the 1920's or somewhere in there. That's the decal they used in the 1920's. I believe this particular one was originally a one piece cue with a conversion done at a later date. The early factory two pieces came with the joint screw in the shaft.

Here's a link to the catalog on my site - 1914 and 1928 color fold outs:

They do go pretty high. These were magnificent old cues.
