195 Ball Run on Video

Great Shooter

I watched the video but it also locked up on me after 18 mins. He is a great shot maker. He let the cue ball get away from him a few times but got right back in patterns with his shot making. I like the way he lines up the shot with his head being so straight over his cue. I can only see him getting better & better. He's got those young hawk eyes.
He plays fast & steady. I was curious to see if he was going to beat my 82 timed ball run but he took longer in time to get to 82. :>)
I think that we are going to see more & more of these young great players coming up over the years as younger players get interested in pool.
Tell him Best of Luck with his game. I wish him well.

hey guys :-)

told sebastian all your kind words and he really appreciates it...

he knows that his pattern play is not the best...I told him many times before haha :D but he is not into straight pool that much...just tried to set up a new high run and played it in front of the camera for a few weeks now...

the video stops at 35min...didnt know that but I have the same problem...I'll talk to him about that...maybe he can upload it again I dont know...

I try to answer every questions here...

Sebastian is 25...he plays the game for about 16-18 years now...dont know exactly...

he played in the highest german league but has to make a 2 year break at the moment...

dont know anything about the camera...I'll ask him about that...table is a gold crown III...

ok...what else can i say? sebastian was in the (dont know the english term) military sports group for 2 years like Dominic at the moment...

195 is his high run though...he never did the 200...

and last thing i want to say is that he is not really a straight pool player but a hell of a 9ball player...

didnt play under ortmann or something :-) but i know that he is a really really good friend of bustamante...they know each other since 20 years or so :-)

feel free to ask any questions i will forward them to him :-)

oh and one more thing: i will soon visit him for about a week...hope we can both make a 200 on video then...or maybe in scotch doubles...would be really cool :-)

cheers

EDIT: forgot something...:-)

he always has the camera on when he is playing...so there is another run of him on youtube...

Anybody had any luck downloading this???
I didn't try because I was satisfied with the video I saved from Vimeo. I checked the link, the file is there. But these days file sharing services work in such fashion that free downloads are very limited compared to paid downloads in terms of speed. Downloading 600 Mb from depositfiles will take around 5-6 hours, and one should hope the internet connection doesn't die. Otherwise one has to start all over.

The one I got from Vimeo did not have the full 195 ball run.

This one got to 571 mb the first time and stopped. It is up to 482 mb now and says 49 minutes left. If I am successful, I will convert it down, make it smaller and repost so we can all see all of it.

Success!! I got the whole thing downloaded. I am converting it for my ipod right now but will try to put it somewhere where others can get it easily.

There was a button in the top right to change the language.

They want you to buy the version that gives you a quicker download. There was nothing to click for the longest time but I kept the window open and finally there was a button to click for the free download of the file. I think I had to register, too.

The free downloading from depositfiles is just unsuccessful or the slots in my country are full.
Would you be kind enough to put the file you downloaded on another place? Appreciated in advance.

It is a little too big but I tried to compress and the first one did not take. I am trying again.

I checked what I got from Vimeo, yes the converted file ends at 35 min mark, the original mp4 shows 52 minutes long but stops at 35 also.
Now I'm downloading from depositfiles. Btw there is no need to register there (unless you plan to pay for a fast download). This very file takes 4 and a half to 5 hours to download.

Me too, would like to know which camera setup Sebastian is using, and which settings. The picture is very sharp and bright.

i am downloading it now....it says 2 1/2 hours.... i will try to downsize the file and upload it and share it when it's done

Thank you for the trouble , i hope it like to you?!! The Cam is a cheap HD Cam for 70 Euro . Greets Sebastian Excuse my English ;-)

welcome to the forums Sebastian, you shoot very straight :) With so many great players around you have no other chance than to do so in Germany... Looking forward to watch more of your runs, your friend told us you always shoot with a camera on. We love watching and discussing 14.1 game here.
... you almost scratched in the side on one of the shots ;) omg, who knows how many good runs were ruined due to such mistakes.
