1st EVER****BLACK BOAR BOX CUE**********

I'd love to see Tony polish his silver in a cue.

Martin

Hey Martin,
I was just discussing this with a friend and connoisseur of fine cues.
I have to believe that Tony has considered this and has his reasons
for not doing so.
Is there a chance that the finish won't adhere well to polished metal?

Hey Steve,
The JP's need their own thread.

See you guys at VF.

ps. I always wondered if we'd ever see a box cue from BB.
Congratulations on making it happen and showing it.
Now try to get him to build one with veneers. :D

Its a pretty cue. There's no doubt about that.

I would have hoped to see a little more coming from someone like Tony. But congrats on the pickup, especially since its the only one he's done.

This is the baddest box cue I've ever seen. Nothing even compares in my book. Congratulations on this monster!!!!!!!

OMG!!! after seeing those pics I think I need to go change my boxers now.
On a side note what is a "box cue" ?

Look at the forearm of the cue. There are no points. There are just a series of inlays that look like boxes. So, they call it a box cue.

hey

Thanks for the info and wow that cue is beautiful.

I think that at some point these cues are going to morph into free form cues. They wont have any points and they wont have any boxes either. The cue artist will end up having an empty canvas on the cue, with which he can create any sort of beautifull figures, designs, portraits whatever.

Its allready happening now, I think more and more cuemakers will follow in that direction.....JMO
