Well today is 2 years since i joined and i must say i really love this forum. Alot of the members on here are great for the most part besides one or two but thats how the world goes.I have found a wealth of info and things that i wouldnt have found in the poolrooms,there are many people on here with so much knowledge of the game and i want to thank all of you for sharing that with me and others.Any knowledge you dont have to pay for the hard way is always nice.I just recently moved from NY to AZ and i am looking to find a home base out here to play once i get settled in.Im sure i will find it through this forum as a few people PMd me about some good rooms to check out,i appreciate it. :D Have a good one everyone!:)
 
I did not know you moved to Arizona. I loved Arizona when I drove to Vegas and back last year. I had never seen a rain storm in the distance before, and the blue sky seemed to be endless in Arizona. Man, it's gorgeous.

There are many Arizonians on this forum, and I'm sure you'll find the cool pool spot in due time.

PM me your address. Next time I get some copies made of what you mentioned recently, it would be my pleasure to send you one. I'm overloaded for the next few weeks with work, but when I can see the light of day, I will send you one in the mail. :)

Thanks Jenny,your a doll,i will pm you my address.I kinda moved spur of the moment,some places get old and i am curious as a cat and Arizona seems like it has alot to offer.I drove from NY to AZ twice in one month,first to drive my girlfriend and mother of my childs car and their belongings here and flew back to NY and then before you knew it i packed my stuff into my car 2 weeks later and drove out here alittle over a week ago,2500 miles from NY to AZ one way and by myself both times but i love this country and the open road.:D
 
They do say time flies when you're having fun & I just noticed yesterday was one year since I signed up! I couldn't agree more with Fast Lenny, I've had a lot of fun here, learned a lot & made some good friends.

As for Arizona, it's 3 years since my wife & I spent a few days there. I loved it! Moving around from Tucson to Mesa & Flagstaff, visiting the Grand Canyon & Meteor Crater on the way home. Plus a day trip to Vegas! If I could move out there I would, there's something about the scenery in AZ that appeals to me!

Rep to you Lenny for starting this thread & making me think of a great trip!
 
I loved my drive through Arizona on the way back to Michigan...going by Flagstaff was cool...drove through two blizzards when I was past the 9000 foot altitude mark...an hour later I was on the desert floor in bright sunshine....
