Hiya guys,

Well, I am half way there. The Schon cue I had for sale is now sold, and I find myself with about $200 to get myself a decent player. I know it's not much...but it's all I got. :frown: :embarrassed2:

Looking for a solid hitting cue to play around with. No particular elements required...other than straight, sound, and somewhere in the 19-19.5 ounce range.

Sneakies are fine. Plain Janes are fine. Production cues are fine (and likely, considering the amount I can spend).

The Rat is in need of your help.....Shoot me a PM or response in this thread if you've got something along the lines of what I'm after.

Thanks again, ya'll.

I've got a nice PJ Lucasi with Black/ white speck linen wrap that you can have for $100, and you pay shipping. It's in really nice shape. Cocobola forearm & butt, unilock joint, approx 19.5 oz, 13mm. I had the ferrule replaced w/ an aegis (original ferrule was scratched) & triangle tip to use as a break cue. It's seen very little use. Got it new in a tourney raffle some years ago. It's some kind of LTD (big deal). It's straight, clean & solid. Don't need to sell it, but it's just sitting in a case and if you want it you might as well have it.
Let me know, cd.

Thanks a ton for all the replies and PMs. Some very generous folks out there that offered up some nice cues for sale.

I have found a player....a pretty stellar one. I'm very much excited to get my hands on it and go for a spin around a table with it.

Thanks again, ya'll.

Do tell which cue you got! :D
It's a cue I've never heard of....a Zambotti....or something like that. Some little old lady here on the boards found this old stick in her garage...still in the shipping box from some guy named Gus. Not sure I know what she's talking about...but for 25 bucks, I figured it was worth a shot, right?

We'll see.

;)
