2011 Josey full splice conversion test hit only

This tollie ho fellow bought a Josey from me a little over 2 months ago. December 7th I got notice thru paypal that he filed a dispute with his credit card company. I had to shell out 300 bucks so my account wouldn't be in the negative. I got notice this morning that the cc company had decided in his favor, which means he got a free cue. he hasn't responded to any emails and the tracking info shows the package was delivered, I've basically been robbed.

Call the local postal inspection service number in your area and file a mail fraud report. It ain't over till it's over.

If your facts are correct he committed mail fraud.
