Petros- Why aren't pics available? You now have multiple "for sale" threads telling people not to ask for pics. You'll find that you'll sell things for more money and much more quickly if you buy a $100 camera and use it.

And please dial back the attitude. You're asking people to send you money, so you ought to at least provide them with enough information to make an informed decision, and this includes pics. I'm betting you've never bought a cue sight unseen, so don't ask the people here to.

it's hard enough buying a cue without testing it out first. now not even being allowed to see it makes it even harder. add dealing with overseas seller and WU instead of paypal really puts people on edge.

i've done deals with people all over the world but i provided pics at least.

you have to work with people here man. you want to sell your cue you should add pictures at least. and there's no need to be so defensive for no reason
 
If the Seller chooses to display a certain attitude and won't supply pictures, seems to me that's their business. I'm not sure I understand it but I don't need to, that's his business. From my side however, I can't imagine purchasing a cue I can't see pictures of. That's my business. To each their own.

actually, the OP is suffering from the disease spreading on this forum
known as the DEANOC syndrome. I started noticing it when AZB's
most famous Scruggs nuthugger Nick Serdula caught the DEANOC
syndrome.

Fortunately it is not very contageous and appears to only affect
the most limited in mental facilities.

All the OP needs to do to recover from this sales proof disease is
to post pics of what is being offered for sale. Until that time, one
must simply treat this type of merchandise like leprocy.

Even if buyers from deanoc claim to be fully satiafied with deals with him, i would also say i will not buy a cue without seeing pics, and even close-up pics.

Reason? It is dealing across borders for me, which involves import tax, and other costs, and time for the cue to travel. So what if i am not satisfied and decide to return the cue? I dont get the cue and the buyer dont sell the cue, so who pays the fees that go nowhere and do no good? Or we should split such fees in which case both party waste money to the orbit?

Thus is not a good and effective way to conduct business in my opinion
 
It seems to me that the point has been made MANY times over. At least allow the OP time to make some response before bumping this post yet again. Especially if you'll be doing so as flashgordo did (a user who joined this month, has 3 posts, and 2 of them are bashing this op). As he is in Greece, there is a "bit" of a time difference between there and the US.

I do the same - run my thread my own way as I have a right to since I don't brake any rules and there you are, I get all the complains

Apart from that, to any issues concerned, a flawless reputation seller is your complete guarantee against any complains from the product, your complete guarantee that it won't cost you anything if by any chance something is not right, which it won't be.

This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable and I'm asking the OP's to take measures.
I have dealt with many members, among them the most distinguist ones and I have never caused any problems, you will only hear good things about my deals, deals with a person having a real name...

So, where do we stand?

If a change of rules does take place and pics will be obligatory (for everybody), that's fine, I'll take the extra time to do my best.

Simple cues do not need pics in my opinion and everyone has the right to run her/his threads however she/he feels like according to rules, which are not broken here by me.
Nobody is forced to buy anything, it's essential we keep this in mind before useless bumping into other people's threads.

I also find disrespectfull and unacceptable the comments made by:
The Clever set (no attitude by me was displayed nowhere..),
asiasdad (what do you mean mental facilities and leprocy, shame on you),
flashgordo (useless ironic bump),
brandoncook26 (definition of useless bump)

ctran buyers do not "claim" to be satisfied, either they are or not, and in my case they have always been satisfied...

What i mean is maybe the buyer is not 100% satisfied, maybe only 80% but of course the cue is good, but it may have small things the buyer dunt like, but to avoid extra costs and complications, they accept that.

You are in Greece and the cue will almost certainly go internationally, unlike sellers like deanoc and nick serdula who is in US and sell cues mostly in US, complications are much less. And deanoc often sells stuffs at a very good price

And I dont understand why there are sellers who like to cover their goods with a cloud of myth while we are in the 21th century, taking a photo is not so damn hard

I am not pointing the finger at anyone, just wanna speak up a concern for a "blind deal"
 
Wherever I am does not play any role, whatever happens I make sure the whole thing does not cost a single dollar to the buyer.

I always state this written in pms with my buyers, it covers every case, never had a problem though and shipping is not more dangerous when it comes from a greater distance.

As far as the whole thing with the thread things are simple:

If someone does not like or is not interested in a thread she/he just has to pass by it..

I also have bought cues without pics a couple of times, no big deal.

Thanks for keeping a really civilized level in exchanging opinions, no problem with critics between us, but always members should respect each other even when they think another member is doing something wrong.

Andros is 100% relieble

Mr Andros is also a great seller/buyer. Pictures don't sell Cues. They help. But the reputation of the seller is most important.
This seller is rock solid. Super honest.
Great deal here for anyone looking to steal a Lambros!
