Welcome to 2013! So it seems the world didn't end last year so we might as well continue to pursue our high run goals! Post your 2013 runs in this thread and I'll keep this first post up to date with everyone's runs. No need to private message me unless you're trying to hide from group feedback! This list is for regular posters here on AZ Billiards. Videos are always in demand and generate good discussion and I'll post links if you upload them. Good luck all!

I would have liked to report my 1 ball run to be first and to top the list just for a while - but that would be false info since I didn't hit one yet :D

All downhill from here!

Nineteen balls. My 38 from last year signalled a fall off the cliff for the rest of the year.

In my first straight pool league for forty-nine years I ran 21 on my first outing. Haven't come close since.
 
I had a 57 but that was on the 31st lol & I ecco Steve

Had a 41 this afternoon in a game against AZ's own ChrisOnline at Jack n Jill Billiards in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
 
Anyone know how we make this a sticky thread instead of the other one? I used to send to a moderator I knew but I don't see him as a member anymore.

Hi folks!

Gee, we're all still here after the Mayan calendar (which looks like the black cookie part of an Oreo, btw) said we wouldn't? :p

Put me down for a 78 on Jan 1st. And yes, I begin the year with another BONEHEADED mistake that, had it not occurred / had I been more careful, the run could've gone further. Basically, halfway through the 6th rack, I touched the cue ball with my tip (fouled) when I got down on the shot. I was so mad at committing such a stupid mistake, I picked the cue ball up and slid it / slammed it into the corner pocket.

And from that point on, I almost couldn't get out of the 20s after that. :mad:

Ah well, there's the rest of the year to shake it off,

Rich93 was down about 122 to 50 to Rick Michalec tonight in a game to 125. Rick missed and Rich tried to put a move on him but fell a little short. 40 ball run anyway for Rich93.
 
38 twice last night in two league playoff matches. One more chance tonight to get the league playoff high run prize. It's handicapped according to rating.

53 in the league finals tonight -- Jan. 3, 2013.

Ran 31 at lunch today, have video but its not on YouTube yet. Missed because I raised my head!?! These fundamental errors are such a frustrating part of learning and improving.

and hopefully i can get out to the tables this weekend to tally up a number for the list !!
