Dang, was late to tune in today and the finals is already over. Lion 6-2 over Busty.

Busty had a chance to win two of the games. The last game he lead 5-0 ball count and shot one out of the stack wide open and missed. Alex ran 8 and out. Bustamante mssed one other ball. Other than that, they both played phenomenal one pocket.

They did give out a action award for the player that was in the most action for the week similar to like a Louie Roberts award at the Derby.

Since Scotty was a huge action guy it was very appropriate,.it's main sponsor was J B Cases

The JB Case Action award went to Michael DeLawder for staying in action from the minute he walked in, until the end of the tournament!!!

He played flat out played awesome in winning the one pocket .

The Lion did very well placing top 3 in all events except the Ladies event.

Alex tried to sneak into the ladies event too, but once they saw his stroke he was outed lol :rotflmao1::rotflmao1:

Terry, you're the best. Thanks so much for the updates. I come to your threads first each time I login to AzBilliards to find out what happened while I was asleep.

Looks like Alex scored in every event except the ladies' tournament, though he tried. ;)

Great tournament. Thanks to PoolActionTV and the entire crew--Ray, Jason, and Terry, et al.--for bringing this excitement to those of us around the world to enjoy. Bravo, and well done!
