Just received this new astounding quality Dave Barenbrugge 4 point cue. It's been a few years since Dave has made pointed cues and Dave's book has been closed for a while now. Figured Brazilian Rosewood into high figure curly maple with 4 seamless veneers. The highest level rings with red copper and red brass embedded flecks. Unique uniform texture black oil tanned Spanish Bull wrap. Custom joint protector for butt. Cadmium copper alloy joint pin. Predator Victory tips. 19.32/ 19.33 oz with 19-5/8" balance point. Shafts are 4.0 and 4.01 oz with 5/8" LBM ferrules. I hope you enjoy the photos!

I'm curious about that too ... maybe cadmium plated steel ? It is a beautiful cue, Dave's rings are amazing and his choice of woods impeccable.

They look very similar to a Skip Weston cue I owned a long time ago.. Milled hardwood veneers are stunning. Beautiful cue by a master builder..
