Twas thinking the same. I doubt the seller would ship a case with a broken latch. It was either broken in transit or after.
Just a long shot here, but I would go with after.

Is a standup guy. He will do what needs to be done. He was busy winning the Ladies division of the Indiana 9 ball ACS championship. He then had to turn in the title and win the men's division. He is the best cross dressing 9 ball player I have seen. :D
 
reminds me of bark, and the other names. think anyone would be a fool to deal with this guy
 
I've done deals with Jeremy for a couple of cues over 8k and he is a stand up guy. This should not be a problem.

So are we to understand that the latch was actually broken after Pammo recieved case and not even during shipment. :confused:

FROM WHAT I'M GETTING, YES...... DOESN'T REALLY MATTER EITHER WAY. JEREMY SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, AND IT WAS STILL BROUGHT HERE FOR SOME REASON. THAT'S THE PART THAT BOTHERS ME.

I'M ALSO NOT SURE HOW HE CAN TELL THAT IT'S BEEN "MESSED" WITH. I'VE OWNED @10 OF THESE CASES IN THE PAST FEW YEARS AND ALL OF THE LATCHES LOOKED "STRETCHED".... IN COMES FROM MANY YEARS OF USE, CONSIDERING HOW OLD THE CASE IS.
