3-Cushion, AGIPI Masters in France

Zilla,

Actually, I just had some froi gras (sp?) followed by duck stuffed with rice and some really great crusty french bread, all washed down with a very nice Pinot Noir. My belt is now straining to keep the load up. I did not even have room for the mousse. I will be back to burgers and fries on Tuesday.

I am in France watching the 3-cushion tournament and these guys are really quite amazing. How they predict the english on exact paths is quite something. If you wish to watch it is free and available at http://www.agipibilliardmasters.com/en/live/
I see that Daniel Sanchez averaged over 3 in his match against Filipos Kasidokostas (current world champion). Unfortunately for Sanchez, K. averaged 4.137 (50 points in 12 innings). The averages of the current players are amazing -- in the old days, an average over 1.0 was likely to win.
