Regarding to the building in the background...well, it is old, arond 80 years but still in good condition though and that is the back side of the building. The front that looks on the street looks much better!:thumbup:
This is downtown so there are many building which looks like this, but as mentioned only their back sides and all of them needs the be in good shape!
Here, in ost parts of Europe is kind of different than in US and it is more fashioned to live in downtown than in suburb.
So, regulations are that you have to care wour propierty well and that all buildings from the front have to look nice and be renovated and if you don't have money for the maintenance than you have to sell it!:thumbup:
