375$ maximum for a new cue help me choose one

Custom, I'd highly recommend Wayne Robinson.....I am using one of each of his jump and playing cues currently, both great buys in your price range. Nine Ball has a thread going in the for sale section.

Also, I have a Ratcue....as said before in this post, great quality cue at a very reasonable price, would recommend him as well.

As far as production cues, I have a Viking F25 I bought new at your price point.....great, solid cue, and I was very happy...

Over $300, you should get a great cue regardless, good luck...

will be one of the best looking cues in your pool hall.as far as their hit you are gambling.i've never seen two play the same, imo.look on ebay if anyone wants one.you can buy a 1800 dollar cue for 300 bucks.

It's not an 1800 dollar cue if you only pay 300. It's a 300 dollar cue.:D
The Dominks look nice but the hit will be completely different than a Schon.

I am going to agree with all of the Dominiak Posts, I have owned a few different models and you can not beat it for the money. I would recommend getting the Dominator Shaft (similar to a predator 314) for a little cash extra it is worth it.

As far as a production you could probably find a slightly used Predator P2, just your basic model for around $350, there have been a couple on here in the past couple months that have gone around that Price. In my opinion a much better option than a new Predator Sneaky.

Just my experiences of looking for cues in that same price range.

low end pechauers for that price range hit as good as any of the others, just depends on what kind of hit you're looking for!

I have 375$ dollars to buy a new cue. I currently have a vintage cue, which I've had for 2 years (200$ cue)(No complaints about it.)

Since I'm no expert in cues. (Yes I got robbed with my first cue which is overpriced.)

I need help from you guys.

I was looking at the Lucasi LE-86 cue, I like the design, but that's all.

Sorry about my English I'm not from the USA. (I'm on an international scholarship.)

I'd suggest you go to events like Super Billiards Expo, Dirby City or US Open where you will see venders carrying thousands of cues. Try as many as you can and pick the one with the best hit for you. If you can't go, the next best thing is to explain your situation to people in your pool room and borrow their cues to shoot a few simple shots.

This "hit" thing is very important and personal. You might end up paying more, and you might end up with a cheap sneaky pete that feels great. Lucasi, Predator are great production cues with different feels for you to find out.

You don't buy a car entirely based on the look, right?

It looks like I'm going to buy a schon stl-01, I might have the chance to try it before I buy it.

Thanks everyone for the help, I really appreciate it.
