39" butt feeler

Damn Spooled is SVB and no one caught on, oh well Shane someone else might make the cue for ya bud. Cuetec wont make it.

WOW

OK guys thanks I really didnt know. I thought all lathes were long enough to do this. I guess some lathes are bigger than othere eh?

Anyway I find it really interesting someone mentioned Earl strickland uses a long cue?! I like his style and I think its ridiculous that all cues(production anyway) are 58" Im 6'3" and feel like im playing with a toothpick sometimes. I wasnt actually looking to find someone to build this the $100 thing was just to ballpark it. Maybe ill try it myself I love working w wood but havent lathed anything since I was 15. Thanks for all the replies!

How much is a uniloc pin anyway?

Damn , you could have gotten a hell of a cue shop for $15,000 from WilleeCue . I doubt you will make anything in the future for a $100 ....:confused::boring2:

Spool, Earl used a 70" cue on a ten foot table on his last match with Shane VB. I don't think he uses one on a regular basis.

Many tall players will try out a 60" cue and that seems to do the trick for them. A couple of extra inches seems to do the trick.

Any of the cue makers here will work with you to get you that far.
I bought a 60 incher from a maker here, Will Adcock a couple of years ago.

He may even have one in stock and his prices are reasonable. Both cues I had from him played very well.

Try a 59" or 60"

I think you will find that somewhere between 59 to 60 will be totally fine. If you like a foward balanced cue this length of cue is an excellent canditdate!
