Sharonville is located between Cinncy and Middletown. Tommy Stephenson is listed here at AZ.

Tommy is from Middletown, his dad (Ward) was a road player who still hits em pretty sporty himself. This is something from the VNEA showing how they finished in the 2002 Vegas Masters and regular:

Larry Price won the match. I think they are supposed to play again Monday or at least thats what I hear.
I think when Larry is 100 he will still be hitting them well. :D

Thanks OldStinkyGuy!

Just wondering though, what exactly is BK's? I'm actually from Cincy, and I can't quite figure out where it is you're refering to.

Thanks!

BK's is a room on rt. 42 (Reading road) just north of I-275 in Sharonville. Larry Price lived a number of years in Lexington KY but now lives back in West Virginia. Tommy gave Larry the 8 and the last 2 and was not playing nearly as good as he normally does. He was overstroking the cue ball and lost a number of games ( probably 8 or 10 ) by bringing the cueball to close to the object ball and then not having any shape on what would have been an easy out. The break made a big difference also as Tom seldom made a ball on the break where as Larry usually made at least one and often two.

Actually, I believe if Tommy would have played as he normally does it would have been a rout.

Yeah i saw the set to, i think if i knew how to rack the balls like Larry i just might go on tour. I played a cheap little set on the same table after they were done and the balls just didn't spread at all. The guy that i was playing is usually good for a ball or two and they just didn't spread. Some one mentioned that he puts sweat or something on the ball, i don't know but something was deffenitly up! and for sure im not the first one to sugest that larry knows alot about racking the balls. To make it worse Tommy got the worst rolls that i have ever seen, and alot of them:mad:

You're probably right but it does seem that everybody seems to play
their worse when they're playing Price. Odd. When we were listing some
of the best road hustlers on another thread I think we overlooked Price.

bet high

theres always a game waithing for you at bk brian. ill give you my work, home, and cell # and when ever you want to play ill be there. if i have to leave work and rob a bank on the way ill be there!!! LOL!:)

hey thanks for saying the nice stuff bout the pool hall and tommy really is the nicest natural born hustler in the biz. Say joe did you notice brian never answered back about having a game waiting at bk?

I was at bk for the first hour or so of Tommy and Larry's game, and I would have much rather had Tommy win the game just because Tommy's a nicer guy than Larry. Larry was being a pretty big dick at first about how much they were playing for, arguing about the spot, and whether they were playing by the game or 10 ahead. This was the first time that I had actually seen larry play in person, but he definitely didn't make a good impression as a person... he still plays pool ok, though ;)

Steve, I Did Notice That. Kinda Funny Don't Ya Think:d He Did Send Me A Pm Though, But It Didn't Say Anything About When He'd Be There Or How Much He'd Bet

That's weird about Larry, I played him all day real cheap one pocket last winter and he was real nice. Never tried to raise the bet or try anything sneaky. I knew who he was and knew I was paying for lessons and he was a perfect good ol' boy.
