Hi,

Well, it's coming around again... the next West Coast Cue Show. We're set up for Saturday November 12th. It will be in Northern California's largest pool room, California Billiard Club.

If you're interested in exhibiting please drop myself, Kenny Koo (FlyingSnail), or DJ (DJKeys) a PM and we'll set it up. As of now, we're trying to coordinate the show to be ran along with a tournament. Will follow up with more details on that as well as a running list of exhibitors once we get confirmations in.

I will also follow up with nearby hotel info. There are a 3 close to the pool room that offer special rates just for them. We're working on getting special rates for us.

Here is a link to pictures and walk through from our last cue show:

Thanks and feel free to PM me with any questions. I will do what I can to help with any logistics we can help with on our end.

Awesome Corey and Joey! I will save you two a space.

Looks like we will be able to get discounted hotel room rates of $69 (Fri & Sat) for the show at:

The Crestview Hotel
901 El Camino Real
Mountain View, Ca. 94040
(650) 966-8848

http://www.hotelcrestview.com/

The hotel is right next door to California Billiards so it's extremely convenient. There are a couple other nearby hotels that may offer us a discount as well. I'll inquire about them and post up the info.

More info to come....

West Coast Cue Show

I'd like to add in that this is a 'non~profit' show for the guys that put it on. Kenny Koo, DJ, and myself.

The concept of the show is to help educate the public on what goes into the craft of making cues. (It's amazing how many pool players have no idea about the basic design functions of a cue!) Also to give a space for the cuemakers to show their work and talk to people in person about their building philosophies. And for people to see some amazing cues and maybe learn some history that they may otherwise never get to experience. While we certainly encourage a BUY * SELL * TRADE atmosphere, we generally just shoot for a fun afternoon get~together of pool fanatics.

We realize times are tight and there are a lot of costs that go into being an exhibitor/dealer at a cue show. That's why we like to keep costs as minimal as possible for the exhibitor. We ask $50 which covers the table rental fee for the day of the show. All the money collected goes to the pool room for the use of the room. Kenny, DJ, and myself all pay for our table space as well. We also cover all the advertising fees. Which includes posters and postcards which get handed out throughout the bay area.

Tables can be shared but we ask that no more that 2 exhibitors to a table. We can also provide cue display stands at no extra cost.

Please feel free to drop us an email or post here if there are any questions we can help answer. Thanks again.
