5 Shots

Hello guys, I am trying to think of 5 shots that every player should be tested on, kind of making a daily test for me to analyze my progress. So if there could be 5 shots or more that I should be be on my test what would they be? Here are a few that I have thought of but please correct or add to it. I am starting to take pool VERY serious and want to improve my game.

Long Straight Shot
Ball frozen on the Rail( I really love these shots!)
Cut shot
Bank

That is all I can really think of. If someone has different shots or just go into detail on which sort of cut and bank shots I should be working on I would be very grateful! Thanks guys!

P.S. Super Bowl next weekend...and betting going to take place?

Shots with high right(left), side right(left), low right(left), top, no english, and bottom. Throw 15 balls out on the table and fire away, practicing on of the above at a time. Be loose as a goose!

Same as above with soft, medium, and hard speed.

Draw shots - short, medium, and long distance, focusing on control i.e. try to make the cueball come back to a certain place - and vary.

Long cut shots.

Extreme cut shots - say 85 degrees and more. Do with inside, outside, and no english. Place 9 balls 1/4 inch off the long rails every 1/2 diamond and fire away. Start easy with cue ball in the middle of the table and then increase this distance as you get better.

The spot shot is very important to master, as it comes up in several games very frequently.
