502 Bad Gateway Message

Is anyone else getting this message on basically every thread?

I'm not... I don't know how much you know about computers. But if it doesn't go away. Open your Commend Prompt. You can search for it if you need to. Double click it. It will bring up a black box. Type in IPCONFIG/FLUSHDNS

Once the command completes. Reboot and you should be back.

Is anyone else seeing this error?

Bic, are you still seeing it?

Mike

I get the error about once or twice a year. At one point your communication inferred this was a user side problem. The user side solution to this issue is to log out and log back in, clearing our login credentials. Whatever effect that has serverside I don’t know, but this is the only site in my history of using the internet to have this specific recurring 502 problem.

I'm not getting the 502 Bad Gateway.

But I am getting this running Chrome when trying to view the forum.

Right now I'm using FireFox to access AZB.

Using Chrome I can access the AZB Home page, if I click on Forums this is the message that is displayed:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://forums.azbilliards.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY

To investigate this, in the address bar using Chrome I typed in:

chrome://net-internals/#dns

This brings up a cache list of certificates of sites visited.
Scrolling down the list I have noticed that AZB has some expired certificates and this is why Chrome will not let me access the forums.

Just trying to help out Mike. :)

i am reading your post using chrome
i have no problem logging on

I’m getting a lot more 502s.
It’s strange...I’m not getting them on my old original IPad, just the new one.

In the Chrome address bar type this in and let me know what you see.

chrome://net-internals/#dns

Thanks Larry.

Never mind, I'm still getting the error messages on many posts.

I'm using a Chromebook if that makes any difference

Log out of AZB and then log back in. Temp fix until the real problem is fixed.

I logged out a few days ago....and cleared my cookies.
Every thing has been fine on the forums since....
...but the main page is screwed up...
....and I’m hungry...I want my cookies back

No need to clear cookies, that screws up to much other stuff.
