Great guy-I’ve bought two cues from him. Very very good pricing, top notch communication and fantastic products.David Brainard of cuesdirectly.com specializes in them. I've never owned one or even seen one in person for that matter but I've seen a lot of owners of his cues give reviews and they report nothing but praise in every way. He is also one of if not the most affordable so that might be a plus if budget and value are part of the consideration. Do a search on here for reviews. He just took down his old website and the new one is garbage without much on there yet so be forewarned to not expect much from his current website at the moment.
No prob. He also has a facebook which I linked for you as well as a youtube video showing some of his equipment and that may also help to give some feel for what type of cue making philosophy he has.Haven’t heard of him but will look into it. Thanks for the tip!
I have never heard of him either but it was good texting with you last night.Haven’t heard of him but will look into it. Thanks for the tip!

I love it and you're correct about the website. Soon I will make it even worse than it is now, I plan to eliminate next year, I simply do not need it.He just took down his old website and the new one is garbage without much on there yet so be forewarned to not expect much from his current website at the moment.
Here is an example of Dave Brainard's work - one was done for me- he did another for my son. We are very pleased with the work and theHaven’t heard of him but will look into it. Thanks for the tip!

What's a buzz ring? Please don't let anyone put a buzz ring in them. Or any fancy ring at what would be the normal handle position. Like them kids putting a spoiler on a four door Camry.
Tasc, White, Diviney, John Bender.. there are some very good traditional guys doing that kind of work. Flat faced, Capone, and a number of other guys. Sorry if I missed anyone, it's not intentional.

How would you put a ring at the A joint? Unless you plan on cutting the cue in halfPlease don't let anyone put a buzz ring in them. Or any fancy ring at what would be the normal handle position. Like them kids putting a spoiler on a four door Camry.
