Everyone I have ever spoken to that had the pleasure of seeing both in their primes tells me Efren. There are some great one pocket players in the last ten years (Cliff, scott, Shannon, JJ, Cooney, Toby, Corey, Alex, etc) and no one will think of playing Efren even for big money. Remember Efren picked up the game while he was in his 30's. he is so freaking creative and he executes better than Ronnie did. I gave Effie 3 to 1 on a triple shimmed gold crown that he could break and take ball in hand after the break, but he had to run all 15 balls in the bottom right corner. I pulled up after he ran the first 2 racks. i offered Corey the same game at 5 to 1. I backed Cliffo for awile and seen him play flawless onepocket. when he plays Efren everything he does Effie has an answer for. Efren's onepocket game has picked up a ton in the last 5-10 years. Tournaments and cash games doesn't matter Efren plays onepocket like he's from another world. I have a friend who bet Manny Pacquio my friend had the field at Derby City giving 3 to 2 during the 1pkt tourney and Manny had Efren betting 20 dimes. I'm glad i din't take that action. If you give Efren an opening during the game it's 8 and out more often then not. He gets behind the balls up table like he is placing the ball up there.
