I own a
Plane Jane Vollmer and have a 6-pointer on it's way to me right now.
When I first got my Jet Black Vollmer, I honestly thought it would be just another nice player that I would rotate through every couple of weeks.
But now I have to say the V Cue exceeded all my expectation and the hit is right up there with my 6-pointer Black Boar.
Will tell you that I love the way the V cues play and hit (some of my friends look forward to a chance to use it on Saturday afternoon's).
The balance of his cues is nice - feels like an extension of my arm.
The hit has a nice crisp feel to with with loads of feedback.
My current cue has a lively hit to it where I find the I need about a fraction of the English I may use with some other cues.
With a lot off center hits needed to induce English, I find that I am able to control Whitey a whole lot more.
The draw action on this cue is just amazing.
Let me just say, that the Black Boar is back in the safe since I have a cue that plays exceptionally well for an unknown player.
Personally looking forward to receiving the 6-pointer and if the stock market were not in the toilet this 8-pointer would have been mine.
