I own a Plane Jane Vollmer and have a 6-pointer on it's way to me right now.

When I first got my Jet Black Vollmer, I honestly thought it would be just another nice player that I would rotate through every couple of weeks.
But now I have to say the V Cue exceeded all my expectation and the hit is right up there with my 6-pointer Black Boar.
Will tell you that I love the way the V cues play and hit (some of my friends look forward to a chance to use it on Saturday afternoon's).
The balance of his cues is nice - feels like an extension of my arm.
The hit has a nice crisp feel to with with loads of feedback.
My current cue has a lively hit to it where I find the I need about a fraction of the English I may use with some other cues.
With a lot off center hits needed to induce English, I find that I am able to control Whitey a whole lot more.
The draw action on this cue is just amazing.
Let me just say, that the Black Boar is back in the safe since I have a cue that plays exceptionally well for an unknown player.

Personally looking forward to receiving the 6-pointer and if the stock market were not in the toilet this 8-pointer would have been mine.

Hope to find that the cue is making it's way across the ocean.
Would love to hear more people trying out the Vollmer cues.

This one sure is a simple beauty.
Wait until mine arrives... :D

I'm confident the cue is making it's way across the ocean - to NC to be exact. :D

A small input about Vollmer: He made his first steps in cue making by the side of Tony Scianella aka Black Boar... So now you know the reason that hitting is familiar to those who have played with a BB...

Thanks

Thanks again to anybody for the kind comments

Mike,

when you received your 8 Pointer you really should meet with Myron and test the differences between PJ + 6 Point and 8 Point V-Cues.
