9 ball the movie

there's a thread about it on jennifer's forum. apparently she hasn't done any filming yet so i'm having my doubts about it. there was supposed to be a movie about danny bassavich movie too but i havn't heard anything about that since i read it in a magazine. i wish' they'd make another good pool movie

Pool Movies are kinda like big match-ups-most dont happen.

IMHO it would behoove the Billiards Industry to get behind a Pool Movie with Matt Damon, Charlotte Sorenson or similar. Have Brunswick mentioned a million times-Simonis too. It could pay-off

Pool would rebound just like after TCOM and they just might break even on the movie too. This time also there would be a plan to keep the new customers.

Charlotte plays by the way and insists on paying too-no demands or special requests. Just wants to be another chick banging them around.

Eh... I doubt ANY film would have the same impact as TCOM on the general public.

Who the heck is Charlotte Sorensen? I assume since you mentioned her with Damon that she's an actress - but IMDB has one entry for that name, with one measley credit. :P

I agree that they need to get behind a movie about pool. My pick for the lead woman's role would be Paul Salvino's daughter. Maybe even Salvino as her manager/friend/father/banker? I would pick a young name as the male lead. Johnnyt

You must be referring to Paul Sorvino and his daugter Mira. Paul is a good pool player that I had the pleasure of meeting in NYC at the original Amsterdam Billiards room. Don't know if Mira plays or not. If not, maybe dad woud be willing to teach her?

i heard he hostsed a charity 7 ball tournament a while back. it'd be coold if he did a movie because apparently he can play(well enough to pull it off)

Sorry man- just one of those more and more frequent senior moments-Scarlett Johannson.

Charlotte Sorensen is an actual pool player from Denmark. My apologies to the board and to both ladies.
